Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the timely receipt, storage and dispatch of goods, materials and supplies
  • Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory transactions in corporate systems
  • Conduct physical stock checks and reconciliations and report discrepancies
  • Safeguard product storage, handling and preservation under quality and safety procedures
  • Prepare dispatch notes, inventory reports, receipt records and other logistics documentation

Requirements

  • Academic background in logistics, business administration, commercial or industrial engineering, international trade, economics, accounting or a related field
  • Three years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, asset management, procurement, transport or related administration
  • Experience in supply-chain processes, asset management and internal controls
  • Experience administering contracts for external logistics providers
  • Database and inventory-management capability with solid computer skills
