Responsibilities
- Assist Ecuador’s foreign ministry with VIRTE II temporary-residence visa regularisation requests
- Review exceptional cases and identify solutions for Venezuelan citizens requiring regularisation
- Provide applicants with information on visa requests when required by the human-mobility authorities
- Manage visa issuance activities and the associated administrative workflow
- Support other human-mobility regularisation tasks assigned by the responsible ministry
Requirements
- Studies in law, social sciences, international relations, sociology, administrative sciences, telecommunications or a related field, including current students with approved coursework
- At least six months of experience in process systematisation or registration-system management
- Residence in Quito for the assignment
