Responsibilities
- Design and develop software applications with AI and/or geospatial components
- Program, test, debug, and implement new applications following UN standards
- Prepare technical and user documentation, including training materials and presentations
- Provide 3rd level application support, problem resolution, and version management
- Conduct ongoing reviews with users and developers, responding to user requests
- Monitor field developments, benchmark, and propose new models, tools, and libraries
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (master's or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related field; or a first-level university degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Python and at least one Machine Learning library (Pytorch, Jax, TensorFlow)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and container technologies
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Authorisation to work in Deqing, China
