Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing Project Consultant

Supports implementation of the UN System Workplace Mental Health and Well-being Strategy by coordinating working groups, project plans, reports and data products for scorecard indicators.

Department: UN System Workplace Mental Health and Well-being

• Monitor UN system entities' progress against the workplace mental health strategy
• Participate in Implementation Board and working group meetings and follow up on agreed actions
• Support the Psychosocial Risk Management Working Group and development of a UN risk management tool
• Gather research, data and policy materials for working groups
• Maintain project plans covering budgets, procurement, deadlines and stakeholders
• Draft reports, summaries and deliverables for implementation board members and UN committees
• Conduct data analysis and develop dashboards or visualisations for scorecard indicators

• Master's degree in public health, organisational behaviour, business administration, human resources or a related area, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of relevant experience
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management in organisational behaviour, public health or workplace health
• Experience developing and coordinating multi-agency projects or programmes, preferably within the UN system or other international organisations
• Experience drafting technical reports for senior management, stakeholders and external partners
• Fluency in spoken and written English
