Supports research for Mozambique's Country Growth Jobs Report, examining industrial policy and special economic zones to inform evidence-based reform and employment recommendations.

Department: Fiscal Policy and Growth

• Review industrial policies implemented in Mozambique over the past two decades
• Develop a database of industrial-policy interventions by sector and instrument
• Assess the objectives, implementation and outcomes of industrial-policy interventions
• Analyse costs, benefits and good-practice alignment of policy measures
• Assess special economic zones and industrial parks as industrial-development instruments
• Prepare analytical briefs, presentations and report sections
• Present findings and incorporate feedback into final outputs
