Senior Video Editor

Leads production and post-production of WFP video for global campaigns and executive communications, setting editorial and brand standards, reviewing field outputs, coaching multimedia colleagues and maintaining templates and archives that improve visual storytelling quality across offices.

Department: Brand Management & Multimedia Unit

• Set visual identity, tone, storytelling and production-quality standards across WFP video outputs
• Review video from headquarters and field teams and provide actionable editorial feedback
• Develop video production guidelines, workflows, specifications and reusable branded templates
• Train and guide video editors and multimedia colleagues across headquarters, regional and country offices
• Produce and edit video for global campaigns, executive communications and institutional outputs
• Apply sound design, colour grading and motion graphics in advanced post-production
• Support studio productions through camera operation, lighting and on-set assistance
• Supervise the Assistant TV Studio Producer and maintain organised audiovisual archives

• Degree in film production, multimedia, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• At least eight years of experience in video production and post-production
• Experience producing high-quality audiovisual content for international or institutional audiences
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments
• Advanced proficiency in video-editing tools
• Good knowledge of English
