Senior Programme Management Officer

Senior ECLAC programme management role in Santiago leading extrabudgetary resource mobilization, programme and project management, policy coordination, reporting, partnerships and staff supervision.

Department: Programme, Planning and Operations Division

• Develop and evaluate resource mobilization strategies for technical cooperation projects
• Direct programme and project development, monitoring, assessment and reporting
• Coordinate policy development, research, surveys, meetings, training and field missions
• Lead partnerships, staff supervision, data analysis and reporting to intergovernmental bodies

• Advanced university degree in business administration, management, economics or related field, or first-level degree with 2 qualifying years of experience
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or related area
• At least 5 years of experience in resource mobilization and administration of programmes and projects in an international organization
• English and Spanish at UN Level III in reading, writing, listening and speaking
