Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Associate

Supports IOM North Pacific monitoring and evaluation in the Marshall Islands, including M&E implementation, data collection and analysis, satisfaction surveys, partner-report review, tools, databases, site monitoring and learning follow-up.

• Implement M&E activities according to programme goals and objectives
• Collect, maintain, clean and analyze M&E data
• Draft and circulate M&E reports and findings
• Conduct beneficiary and community satisfaction surveys
• Follow up on M&E recommendations and complaint mechanisms
• Review and translate implementing partner reports
• Update M&E data collection tools and databases
• Conduct project-site monitoring and documentation

• Relevant education and experience in monitoring, evaluation, reporting or data management
• Experience collecting, analyzing and reporting programme data
• English required
