Senior IM Associate CCCM

Supports CCCM information management for the Venezuela response by validating site and displacement data, producing information products and coordinating technical data standards with partners.

Department: CCCM

• Support collection, consolidation, validation and management of information on collective sites and CCCM activities
• Review, clean and validate datasets from field teams and partners
• Maintain master site lists, operational databases and CCCM information repositories
• Produce dashboards, factsheets, maps, situation reports, briefing notes and presentations
• Analyse site populations, site conditions, priority needs, service availability, movements and response gaps
• Develop data collection tools, reporting templates, coding structures and SOPs for CCCM information management
• Coordinate with DTM, IM, GIS and programme teams on datasets and information products

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Geography, Information Management, Statistics, International Relations, Public Administration or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with seven years of relevant experience
• Experience in humanitarian information management, data analysis or reporting
• Experience managing and validating datasets
• Experience preparing analytical reports and information products
• Experience using Microsoft Excel at advanced level
• Demonstrated experience in inter-agency coordination, negotiation and representation in humanitarian or development settings
• Fluency in Spanish and English

• Initial contract duration until 31 December 2026
