Establishes a regional digital social listening and infodemic intelligence system for UNICEF's Centre of Excellence in Panama, monitoring online conversations on child and adolescent health to surface misinformation, information needs and trust dynamics, and generating evidence-based recommendations for risk communication across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a regional digital social listening and infodemic intelligence system for priority child and adolescent health topics
- Monitor and analyse digital conversations to identify emerging narratives, misinformation trends and trust dynamics
- Produce regular regional analyses of key trends, risks and opportunities for child health programming
- Produce country snapshots for up to five priority countries each reporting cycle
- Triangulate findings with other evidence sources and provide actionable programme recommendations
Requirements
- Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in public health, epidemiology, behavioural science, social sciences, communication, data analytics, public policy or international development, or a first degree with seven additional years of relevant experience
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in digital social listening, infodemic management, public health intelligence, behavioural or social science, risk communication, or child health/immunization programmes
- Fluency in English and Spanish
