Roster for Consultant National VMCCL (Vaccine Management, Cold Chain and Logistics)

Creates a roster of national consultants to support vaccine management, cold chain and logistics for polio response rounds in Madagascar, including stock monitoring, distribution planning and post-campaign reconciliation.

• Update cold chain inventories and assess storage capacities
• Support quantification of vaccine needs and distribution planning
• Train vaccine managers and logisticians
• Supervise implementation of polio campaign rounds
• Monitor stock levels and vaccine availability daily
• Conduct post-campaign inventory and stock reconciliation
• Prepare evaluations and the final mission report for campaign rounds

• Advanced university degree in health logistics, pharmacy, public health, supply chain management, biomedical engineering or a relevant discipline
• At least five years of relevant work experience in vaccine and cold chain management
• Proven experience in polio response, supplementary immunisation activity campaigns and OPV, bOPV or nOPV2 vaccines
• Proficiency in WHO/GPEI vaccine management tools
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ODK and eSMT
• Fluency in French
