Responsibilities

  • Identify funding opportunities and calls for proposals relevant to IOM Gabon priorities
  • Draft concept notes, project proposals and donor requests
  • Prepare donor reports in line with IOM and donor requirements
  • Maintain a database of donors, funding opportunities and partnership agreements
  • Build relationships with public and private sector donors through follow-up communication
  • Coordinate with IOM Country Offices and field missions to share practices and support project development
  • Support work planning and regular performance feedback during the first month

Requirements

  • Demonstrated interest or experience up to 3 years in resource mobilisation, fundraising and donor relations
  • Interest or experience drafting project proposals, concept notes and donor reports
  • Interest or experience developing partnerships with public institutions, the private sector and civil society
  • Interest or experience in international development, migration management or humanitarian assistance
  • Clear and appropriate written and oral communication skills
