Project Management Support Officer

Provides operational, analytical and administrative support for UNOPS projects, strengthening planning, implementation, monitoring, data management, reporting and coordination across Central Africa assignments.

Department: Central Africa Multi-Country Office

• Collect, clean, structure and validate project data for accuracy and reliability
• Develop databases, dashboards and information management systems for project tracking
• Prepare analytical reports, briefs and presentations for stakeholders
• Support project planning, budgeting, implementation and documentation
• Coordinate procurement, contracting, payment, travel and logistics processes with support units
• Monitor project budgets, milestones, outputs and deliverables
• Develop monitoring tools and contribute to evaluations and performance reviews
• Support training, learning sessions and knowledge-sharing on project management

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with no required experience
• Relevant experience in project management or related areas
• Demonstrable proficiency using collaboration and productivity tools and web-based management systems
• Fluent English is required
• Fluent French is required

• IICA regular contract is ongoing
• Equal duty stations are Antananarivo, Bangui, Brazzaville, Bujumbura, Kinshasa and Yaounde
