Responsibilities

  • Design and support the project management framework for CAISSR
  • Coordinate stakeholders and partnerships across technical, policy and advocacy workstreams
  • Support rubric development and pilot organisation
  • Track milestones, risks, monitoring frameworks and reporting requirements
  • Support communications and dissemination of project outputs
  • Coordinate research, co-design, pilot delivery and global dissemination activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, international development, computer science, data science, innovation or a related field
  • At least five years of project or product management experience delivering complex multi-stakeholder initiatives across technical, policy or research domains
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end programme delivery involving multiple workstreams such as research, product or framework development, pilot implementation and dissemination
  • Experience working on AI, digital governance, cybersecurity or technology policy initiatives, including familiarity with AI system safety, security and misuse risks
  • Experience managing pilot implementations or field testing, including stakeholder coordination, data collection and synthesis of results into actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of AI lifecycle concepts and where safety and safeguarding measures apply
