Responsibilities

  • Organise Joint Nutrition Programme Steering Committee meetings
  • Coordinate delivery and monitoring of programme results
  • Provide technical and operational support during implementation
  • Manage partnerships, coordination and collaboration for cash transfer and nutrition work
  • Support evidence generation and knowledge management
  • Coordinate technical specialists across agencies
  • Prepare technical and donor reports, policy briefs and presentations

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in economics, agriculture, food systems, food security, nutrition, climate change, environmental science, sustainable development, international development or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in programme management of development or humanitarian programmes or projects
  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience managing multi-stakeholder or multi-partner programmes or projects in Sierra Leone
  • Experience in nutrition and food security programming and familiarity with climate resilience and adaptation approaches
  • Experience with donor-funded programmes, including proposal development, financial management and reporting
  • Experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, nutrition and food security indicators, food systems, climate resilience and results-based management
  • Fluency in English
