Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse and present information for planning meetings, work plans and budgets
- Create and maintain projects in Quantum, including budget revisions and project status updates
- Provide administrative, operational and logistical support for project outputs and events
- Coordinate procurement processes for goods, services and individual contracts
- Process and monitor payments and track project expenditures against budgets
- Compile information for bi-annual, financial, substantive and final reports
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for audit and record management
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Economics, Political Sciences, Social Sciences or related field, or bachelor''s degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- No professional experience required with a master''s degree, or two years of relevant administrative, finance or project operations management experience with a bachelor''s degree
- Fluency in English and Tok Pisin
