Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and programmatic support to country office personnel
  • Coordinate logistics and travel authorisations for programme staff, consultants and partners
  • Maintain filing and archiving systems for country office programmes and projects
  • Facilitate security clearances and logistics for missions and international consultants
  • Monitor programme implementation against deadlines and quality standards
  • Draft reports, papers, monitoring-plan inputs and formal correspondence
  • Support expenditure tracking and routine payment processing
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and high-level conferences

Requirements

  • Completed secondary-level education
  • Minimum five years of relevant previous experience
  • High computer literacy with Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Good working knowledge of Atlas, PeopleSoft or alternative ERP systems
  • Excellent oral and written English
