Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate the Peacebuilding Data Platform
- Plan user testing, workshops and change-management activities with platform audiences
- Research and analyse evidence on peacebuilding impact and measurement
- Coordinate Impact Spotlight exercises with headquarters, country partners and research organisations
- Design surveys and data-collection tools, interpret responses and present conclusions
- Produce background papers, reports, studies and publication inputs
- Convene the global community of practice and deliver training on peacebuilding impact
- Coordinate project budgets, funding submissions and data-driven reporting
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in conflict and peace studies, political science, international relations or a related field, or first-level degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in programme or project management, administration or a related area
- Experience with the UN, a national government, a non-governmental organisation or another relevant organisation
- Programme-management experience in peacebuilding or conflict prevention
- English at the required UN Language Framework level
