Responsibilities

  • Monitor media reporting and political and security developments across Eastern Europe
  • Research and analyse regional issues and emerging trends
  • Follow Security Council and General Assembly meetings and report relevant developments
  • Attend political meetings and events and prepare concise summary notes
  • Draft briefing material for senior officials
  • Organise meetings and events and provide logistical support
  • Support the daily analytical and operational work of the Eastern Europe team

Requirements

  • Current enrolment in or completion of a graduate programme, or enrolment in or completion of the final academic year of a first university degree
  • Field of study closely related to the internship
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
