Responsibilities
- Coordinate UNICEF programmes in the Marshall Islands across education, child protection, health, nutrition and WASH
- Facilitate communication among UNICEF teams, government counterparts and partners
- Track implementation progress and identify bottlenecks and solutions
- Support planning, monitoring and reporting, including annual workplans and donor reporting
- Organise coordination meetings, missions and field visits
- Align technical consultants with programme priorities and donor requirements
- Consolidate, analyse and present data for decision-making
Requirements
- Background in development studies, social sciences, public administration or a related field
- Experience in programme coordination or development projects
- Experience working with government counterparts and development partners
- Ability to work independently in a remote and challenging duty station
