Responsibilities
- Develop technical documentation for construction projects with engineering and construction leads
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, schedules, bills of quantities and cost estimates
- Monitor contractor compliance with technical contract requirements
- Support quality control through review of reports and material specifications
- Prepare construction-related procurement documents and technical bid evaluations
- Compile and report reconstruction project status information
- Participate in duty travel teams for project implementation
Requirements
- Master degree in civil engineering, architecture or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or university degree with four years of relevant experience
- Certification as a licensed professional engineer
- Experience in construction engineering and contract management
- Experience in design, planning and implementation of civil design projects
- Fluency in English is required
