Profesional en Inclusión Productiva (Cúcuta)

The UN Volunteer provides technical and territorial support to productive units led by LGBTIQ+/OSIGD populations in Cúcuta under UNDP Colombia's social and productive inclusion strategy, strengthening business, commercial and organisational capacities and connecting units to institutional and market opportunities.

Department: Social Protection and Productive Inclusion Area

• Provide technical and territorial support to assigned OSIGD-led productive units per the project methodology
• Apply diagnostic, characterisation and monitoring tools to identify needs and opportunities for each productive unit
• Deliver individual and group technical assistance on business model, pricing, marketing and organisational sustainability
• Support formulation and implementation of tailored strengthening plans for each productive unit
• Connect productive units with institutional, financial, commercial and community resources
• Track progress of supported units, identifying risks and additional support needs
• Coordinate with UNDP technical teams and other project components for integrated support
• Prepare periodic reports on progress, results and lessons learned

• Degree in economics, administration, social sciences, industrial engineering, design, entrepreneurship or a related field
• At least one year of experience in at least two of: productive-inclusion or entrepreneurship programmes, technical support to productive units, or work with vulnerable populations including LGBTIQ+/OSIGD
• Knowledge of gender, differential, territorial and intersectional approaches
• Spanish language proficiency

• Assignment includes travel to Villa del Rosario and Los Patios; security guidance for border-area movement applies
