Leads development of the REACHMIND policy brief and transnational webinar, translating multi-country evidence on refugee, migrant and minority children’s mental health into actionable recommendations while coordinating partner inputs and stakeholder dissemination across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyse REACHMIND needs assessments, toolkit testing results and stakeholder feedback
  • Develop cross-country findings and evidence-based policy recommendations
  • Draft and finalise the policy brief in line with EU and national policy frameworks
  • Consolidate consortium partner inputs and align messaging across country contributions
  • Define the webinar objectives, audience, key messages, agenda and format
  • Prepare presentation slides, speaking points and other webinar materials
  • Lead webinar presentations, moderate discussions and engage policymakers and practitioners
  • Produce a post-webinar summary capturing outcomes and feedback

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in public policy, social sciences, education, migration, development studies or a related field
  • Five to seven years of relevant professional experience including policy analysis and drafting policy briefs or analytical reports
  • Experience translating research findings into policy recommendations and working on EU-funded or multi-country projects
  • Experience designing and facilitating webinars and presenting to policymakers and practitioners
  • Fluency in English
