Communications Associate (Multimedia)

Creates multimedia content for IOM Venezuela's digital channels, monitors audience engagement and migration media coverage, and maintains communication assets and systems that strengthen programme visibility, beneficiary outreach and donor-compliant public information.

• Draft and monitor content across IOM Venezuela social media and web channels
• Produce and disseminate programme information through photography, video and other media
• Establish visibility monitoring and multilingual social media systems using audience analytics
• Design banners, posters and project information sheets in line with brand and donor requirements
• Prepare migration media monitoring reports and the daily news digest
• Respond to beneficiary enquiries through social media and develop proactive outreach ideas
• Maintain media contacts, content calendars and the archive of visibility materials
• Support events, conferences and workshops using professional audio-visual equipment

• High school diploma with five years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Audiovisual Journalism, Social or Political Sciences or a related field with three years of relevant experience
• Professional experience managing social media platforms
• Experience producing digital and print content, including photography, video editing, graphic design and social media
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English
• Venezuelan citizenship or valid residence and work authorisation in Venezuela
