Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational support across finance, facilities, administration, supply, technology, human resources and security
- Provide risk-informed analysis and advice for programme and management decisions
- Represent operational risks, governance systems and policies in country and senior management forums
- Anticipate office business needs and develop value-for-money solutions
- Support results-based planning and implementation through country programme and annual management processes
- Guide supply and logistics strategies, procurement and partner supply-chain support
- Coordinate audit reviews, responses and implementation of recommendations
- Lead accessible and sustainable facilities management and monitor service-centre transactions for efficiency, risk and fraud prevention
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in business management, financial management, accounting, public finance or a related operations field
- Five years of relevant experience in one or more operations-management areas
- Fluency in English
