Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational support across finance, facilities, administration, supply, technology, human resources and security
  • Provide risk-informed analysis and advice for programme and management decisions
  • Represent operational risks, governance systems and policies in country and senior management forums
  • Anticipate office business needs and develop value-for-money solutions
  • Support results-based planning and implementation through country programme and annual management processes
  • Guide supply and logistics strategies, procurement and partner supply-chain support
  • Coordinate audit reviews, responses and implementation of recommendations
  • Lead accessible and sustainable facilities management and monitor service-centre transactions for efficiency, risk and fraud prevention

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in business management, financial management, accounting, public finance or a related operations field
  • Five years of relevant experience in one or more operations-management areas
  • Fluency in English
