Adolescent & HIV/AIDS Specialist

Provides technical and operational leadership for UNICEF Côte d'Ivoire programmes on adolescent development, participation, health, HIV/AIDS, and child rights. Supports programme planning, implementation, monitoring, partnerships, knowledge management, and capacity building.

• Integrate adolescent development, participation, and child-rights standards into advocacy, programmes, and humanitarian action.
• Support programme development, results-based planning, management, monitoring, and delivery.
• Provide technical and operational support, build partnerships, manage knowledge, and strengthen capacity.

• Advanced university degree in health, anthropology, psychology, sociology, education, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in adolescent health and development planning and management.
• Strong communication, networking, strategic-planning, and reporting capability.
