Leads coordination for Colombia's Food Security and Nutrition Cluster, supporting humanitarian response prioritisation, transition planning, information management and national capacity strengthening.

Department: Research, Assessment and Monitoring (RAM)

• Lead strategic analysis and transition planning for the Food Security and Nutrition Cluster
• Coordinate participatory development of the cluster transition plan and risk management
• Support inter-agency prioritisation and humanitarian financing processes with OCHA
• Represent cluster partners in national humanitarian coordination spaces
• Coordinate needs assessments, response strategies and local capacity strengthening
• Maintain cluster information-management tools and prepare humanitarian trend analysis
• Strengthen advocacy with donors and institutions on food security and nutrition needs
• Promote coordination with health, WASH, protection, shelter, information and education clusters

• Completion of secondary education
• Minimum of eight years of humanitarian work experience, including at least two years in food security and nutrition
• Experience in emergency response and coordination
• Experience working with international cooperation
• Spanish is the working and reporting language
• Practical spoken and written English is indispensable

• Service Contract for six months, extendable
