Knowledge Management Analyst

Supports UNICEF Digital Guardrails by turning learning, research and advocacy outputs into knowledge products, campaigns, dashboards and insights for staff, partners and wider audiences.

• Design, deliver and improve information security awareness and digital guardrails learning initiatives
• Support multilingual roll-out of mandatory and targeted learning activities
• Develop guidance materials, briefs, toolkits and communication assets
• Translate technical concepts into accessible content for different audiences
• Prepare messaging, campaign materials, event inputs and external engagement resources
• Support research through literature reviews, synthesis of findings and analytical outputs
• Track and analyse training, campaign and simulation data for programme improvement
• Contribute to dashboards and reporting for strategic decision-making

• First university degree in information management, digital studies, computer science, international development, human rights or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Academic or practical exposure to cybersecurity, data governance, digital policy or human or child rights in digital environments
• Ability to analyse and visualise data, synthesise complex information and communicate it clearly through academic work, research or professional experience
• Experience contributing to knowledge products, research, learning content or communication materials with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English

• Selected candidate will be hired by UNOPS and engaged as UN Partner Personnel for UNICEF Digital Impact Division
• Position operates under the effective management and supervision of UNICEF
