- Review literature and conduct literature surveys
- Undertake web research and collect data on specific subject areas
- Organise data and documents
- Support development of tools and guidelines
- Draft, format and edit policy briefs, toolkits, guides, manuals, hand-outs, brochures and reports
- Assist in organising workshops, meetings, conferences and events
- Participate in ongoing departmental projects
