Responsibilities
- Organise, validate and maintain electronic travel information according to information management standards
- Review operational data and system entries to improve quality, reporting accuracy and management information
- Document and improve business processes, standard operating procedures, workflows and guidelines
- Support business process automation through process mapping, requirements gathering, testing and documentation
- Prepare meeting documentation, record decisions and monitor action points for operational projects
- Maintain operational dashboards, tracking tools and performance indicators
- Research administrative best practices, digitalisation and process optimisation
- Handle official information with confidentiality and integrity
Requirements
- Current enrolment in a graduate programme in economics, business administration, logistics, supply chain management, international trade, administration management, international relations, law, political science, computer science, literature, editing, languages or a related field
- Field of study closely related to the internship
- Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Writing skills
