Responsibilities

  • Organise, validate and maintain electronic travel information according to information management standards
  • Review operational data and system entries to improve quality, reporting accuracy and management information
  • Document and improve business processes, standard operating procedures, workflows and guidelines
  • Support business process automation through process mapping, requirements gathering, testing and documentation
  • Prepare meeting documentation, record decisions and monitor action points for operational projects
  • Maintain operational dashboards, tracking tools and performance indicators
  • Research administrative best practices, digitalisation and process optimisation
  • Handle official information with confidentiality and integrity

Requirements

  • Current enrolment in a graduate programme in economics, business administration, logistics, supply chain management, international trade, administration management, international relations, law, political science, computer science, literature, editing, languages or a related field
  • Field of study closely related to the internship
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Writing skills
