Responsibilities
- Produce strategic analysis and knowledge products on children and the SDGs
- Prepare advocacy, briefing and political analysis materials for ECOSOC and HLPF processes
- Strengthen visibility of children's rights in sustainable development discussions
- Develop partnership engagement and reporting materials for Nord Anglia Education
- Generate recommendations to strengthen child and youth engagement in Voluntary National Reviews
- Document lessons and political analysis from intergovernmental discussions
- Advance advocacy linked to the Group of Friends of Children and the SDGs
Requirements
- Master's degree in international affairs, social sciences, economics, communication or another relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in political or policy advocacy, intergovernmental affairs, partnerships, youth engagement or strategic communications
- Demonstrated knowledge of the United Nations system, Member State and intergovernmental processes and the SDGs
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
