Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the portfolio strategy for systems change in education, skills and learning
  • Align the team’s work with the wider Centre portfolio and leadership agenda
  • Engage business, government, academic and civil society stakeholders as partners and co-creators
  • Supervise the development of portfolio communities and partner interactions
  • Track and communicate impact and engagement outcomes internally and externally
  • Create mission workplans using Forum impact methods
  • Manage team financial and human resources transparently and collaboratively
  • Represent the Centre internally and externally to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in public policy, economics, business, social sciences or another relevant field
  • More than 15 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of the education, skills and learning agenda
  • Experience with public-private collaboration
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a portfolio by leveraging synergies across Centre work and aligning frameworks to impact priorities
  • Proven track record and interest in driving impact and systems change in education, skills and learning
  • Experience developing, managing and coordinating strategic partnerships with external partners
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
