Responsibilities
- Design and deliver road safety policy enforcement workshops
- Coach and mentor road police through on-site observation and follow-up discussions
- Provide written feedback and guidance to road policing agencies
- Adapt capacity building to local social, political, legal and economic contexts
- Liaise with government and non-government stakeholders on road policing activities
- Collaborate with GRSP partners to share information and maximise programme impact
Requirements
- Advanced training in a key area related to road policing excellence
- Minimum six years of working experience in road policing
- Experience applying practical road policing tactics, deterrence strategies and evidence-based road policing practices
- Experience coordinating road policing with public education campaigns and building partnerships with high-level road police and stakeholders
- Proven experience leading organisational delivery of road policing services at national, state or municipal level
- Ability to travel and work internationally
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
