Responsibilities
- The International Trade Centre (ITC) is looking for one experienced and creative Online Volunteer who will support our communications team with the development of an outreach/social media campaign, for our community for young entrepreneurs, the Ye! community.
- Develop communication materials for the webinar series of the Ye! community with Canva (2 per month)
- Upload relevant opportunities for youth entrepreneurs on the Ye! community platform (2 per week)
- The Online Volunteer will be provided with all key materials and other sources to develop the outreach/social media campaign as required and available.
- For close coordination and discussion, the Online Volunteer is expected to be available for periodic calls via Skype/Zoom/Microsoft Teams.
- This assignment provides Online Volunteers with an opportunity to develop and strengthen their skills in communication, networking within the communications team and other learning experiences.
Requirements
- Candidates should have previous experience in campaign or strategy development with excellent communication and writing/editing skills.
- Good knowledge of online marketing tools and channels, as well as experience with designing outreach/marketing tools is highly desired.
- A degree in marketing, marketing management, communications, or related fields is considered an asset.
