Extended Term Consultant – GovTech

Leads knowledge, analytics and technical support for the World Bank’s Global Program on GovTech Public Sector Innovation. The consultant develops digital-government products, advances interoperable core systems and data management, advises country teams and convenes partners around public-sector reform.

• Lead knowledge products and global public goods on public-sector innovation and GovTech
• Develop data-integration, exchange-layer, open-API and interoperability work for core government systems
• Advise regional teams designing and implementing GovTech operations in client countries
• Analyse artificial intelligence, interoperability and business-process reform issues
• Develop policy recommendations with public-sector specialists
• Build partnerships and convene peer learning, global events and thematic working groups
• Deliver reporting, monitoring and evaluation for the GovTech programme
