Responsibilities
- Coordinate exhibition planning, design and delivery for the congress
- Serve as focal point for the professional conference organiser and exhibition service providers
- Maintain timely communication with confirmed exhibitors and key stakeholders
- Manage exhibition logistics, operational information flows and onsite coordination
- Prepare reports, datasets and updates to support exhibition delivery and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, business administration, marketing or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in exhibition management or event coordination
- Experience with large-scale conferences or congresses is preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, including large datasets and operational reports
