Overview

IUCN is hiring an Exhibition Officer to coordinate the design, planning and delivery of the exhibition for the World Protected and Conserved Areas Congress. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate exhibition planning, design and delivery for the congress
  • Serve as focal point for the professional conference organiser and exhibition service providers
  • Maintain timely communication with confirmed exhibitors and key stakeholders
  • Manage exhibition logistics, operational information flows and onsite coordination
  • Prepare reports, datasets and updates to support exhibition delivery and decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in event management, business administration, marketing or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in exhibition management or event coordination
  • Experience with large-scale conferences or congresses is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, including large datasets and operational reports
