Overview

Provides confidential executive, administrative and communications support to UNDP Bolivia leadership, ensuring efficient information flow, protocol management, meeting coordination and follow-up across the Resident Representative and Deputy Resident Representative offices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Resident Representative and Deputy Resident Representative calendars, contacts and high-level meetings
  • Prepare briefing materials, correspondence, translations and mission agendas for senior leadership
  • Screen communications, coordinate information flow and follow up on deadlines and commitments
  • Maintain confidential filing systems, partner rosters and protocol records
  • Administer travel, meetings, visitor arrangements and related payments in corporate systems
  • Support office communications, advocacy events and process improvements
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and training on coordination, administration and protocol

Requirements

  • Secondary education with specialised secretarial training or office management, or a bachelor's degree in social sciences, management, business administration, public administration, finance or equivalent
  • At least six years of relevant secretarial, administrative or programme experience with secondary education, or three years with a bachelor's degree
  • Experience using computers, office software and web-based management systems such as ERP
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
