Early Childhood Development Associate

International UN Volunteer supporting UNICEF Turkiye's Early Childhood Development Programme, assisting with implementation, monitoring and partner coordination for multisectoral ECD services aligned with the Nurturing Care Framework, including for refugee children and children with disabilities.

Department: UNICEF Turkiye ECD Section

• Support implementation of cross-sectoral ECD programme
• Assist coordination with government counterparts, municipalities and partners
• Organize meetings, trainings, workshops and field visits
• Support key events including Breastfeeding Weeks and National ECD Congress
• Support internal and external reporting and communication materials
• Support monitoring, data collection and development of ECD data collection tools
• Support inclusion-focused activities for refugee children and children with disabilities

• Background in education, public health, psychology, sociology, child development or related field
• Demonstrated interest or experience (up to three years) in early childhood development

• Monthly Living Allowance USD 2,105; entry allowance USD 3,500; exit allowance USD 225/month
• Volunteer arranges own housing
