Responsibilities
- Compile data and prepare charts, tables, maps and technical notes for publications
- Fact-check and review data-driven publications during design and layout stages
- Design and support methodological work for data collection tools
- Promote adoption of statistical classifications
- Facilitate capacity-building workshops and initiatives
- Provide country technical assistance for data activities and data use
Requirements
- Master degree in demography, public health or another social sciences field
- At least 10 years of experience in data, statistics and monitoring, preferably at international level and in project management around data activities
- Demonstrated experience with data compilation, analysis and preparation of data content for publications
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing testing and validation of data collection instruments
- Fluency in English
