Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate diagnostic missions and stakeholder engagement with local governments
- Assess infrastructure asset-management practices, systems, risks and service delivery
- Prepare asset-management profiles, findings and reform priorities
- Support training, workshops and Asset Management Action Plan implementation
- Contribute to an enabling-environment roadmap and validation workshop
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in engineering, business, project management, public administration, urban planning, economics or a related field
- At least five years of progressively responsible infrastructure, asset-management or urban-development experience
- Knowledge of Micronesia’s public-sector and infrastructure systems
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Desired Criteria
- Familiarity with the Sustainable Development Goals and UN IAM tools
- Familiarity with global asset-management standards and geographic information systems
