Supports cybersecurity monitoring and incident response for Brazil judiciary systems, helping technical teams identify risks, document incidents, maintain playbooks and strengthen operational resilience.

Department: CPTRIC-PJ

• Support technical response to cybersecurity incidents, alerts and event indicators
• Assist containment, escalation, follow-up actions and technical documentation for incidents
• Prepare and maintain technical records, incident reports, metrics and operational indicators
• Produce technical visualisations, reports and monitoring dashboards
• Review and maintain playbooks, workflows and cybersecurity response routines
• Support post-incident chronologies, lessons learned and improvement recommendations
• Help identify, triage, classify and investigate incidents with specialised teams
• Correlate information from multiple data sources to identify risks and patterns

• Completed secondary education is required
• University degree in management, applied social sciences, information technology, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, systems analysis and development, data science, information systems, information security, statistics, mathematics or related fields may be considered but is not required
• Minimum 4 years of experience with secondary education, or 1 year with university education, in cybersecurity operations, monitoring and response to cybersecurity incidents, SOCs, threat detection, security event analysis or related cybersecurity operations environments
• Experience using information technology and office software is required
• Fluency in Portuguese is required
