Responsibilities
- Support visibility and advocacy activities for the Rome Liaison Office
- Research thematic issues connected to UNICRI programmes
- Respond to course, conference and event enquiries through shared inboxes
- Plan in-person and online events and prepare invitations and promotional material
- Maintain advocacy, event and academic-network databases
- Draft correspondence, website content and social-media outreach products
- Provide logistical and general office support for meetings and projects
Requirements
- Current or completed graduate programme, or current final year or completion of a bachelor’s degree
- Field of study closely related to communication, political science, psychology, marketing, journalism or the internship
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Personal computer, internet access and arrangements needed for teleworking

Additional info
- Unpaid full-time internship for an initial two months, extendable to six months
- Hybrid arrangement of 35 hours across five days each week
