Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for technical and operational project activities
- Organise meetings, consultations, training events and project documentation
- Collect and archive municipal data, legislation, correspondence and project records
- Support low-value procurement, inventory control, travel requests and mission reports
- Coordinate recruitment administration, interviews and communication with shortlisted candidates
- Process consultant reports and support payroll and database controls
- Organise in-person and online events, registrations, venues and certificates
- Monitor project budgets and liaise with public, civil-society and university partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration, public management or a related field, or three additional years of relevant experience
- Minimum four years of administrative, secretarial, project-management, operational or human-resources experience in Brazil
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Mastery of technological tools, software and online platforms
- Fluency in Portuguese and working knowledge of English
