Responsibilities
Maintain and develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks for reconstruction programming
Conduct project reviews, impact assessments, evaluations and lessons-learned workshops
Train and mentor staff and enumerators on monitoring and evaluation methodologies
Monitor programme risks and support project risk management actions
Coordinate quantitative and qualitative monitoring with IOM units, partners and UNCT members
Draft monitoring reports and help use findings in public information materials
Analyse and share monitoring findings for knowledge management
Document gaps, lessons learned and improvement opportunities
Requirements
Master's degree in international relations, political or social sciences, business or public administration, law or a related field with two years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with four years
Experience in project or strategy conceptualisation, development, monitoring, reporting and evaluation
Experience designing and delivering capacity-building activities
Experience liaising with governmental and diplomatic authorities and national or international institutions
Experience understanding internal and international migration issues in the country and region
Experience organising consultations, workshops and seminars with high-level stakeholders
Fluency in written and spoken English
