Strengthen a northern Uganda school WASH and menstrual-health initiative by researching good practice and grants, drafting proposals, concepts, budgets and results frameworks, developing training and communications products, and organising monitoring data, lessons and progress reports.

Department: Water for Dignity Project

• Research WASH, menstrual-health and gender good practices
• Identify relevant institutional grant opportunities
• Draft proposals, concept notes and technical documentation
• Prepare results frameworks, work plans, indicators and budgets
• Develop training, awareness and communication materials
• Organize monitoring data and document lessons and progress

• Demonstrated proposal or grant-writing experience
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently with a remote team
