- Strengthen business and commercial capacities of producer organizations
- Analyze value chain bottlenecks and improve post-harvest processes
- Lead visibility and marketing campaigns for regional coffee brand
- Prepare Terms of Reference for project inputs and services
- Conduct field missions to Los Yungas to support producer organizations
