Responsibilities
- Review archive initiative workplans, deliverables, timelines, risks, contracts and stakeholder roles
- Maintain delivery plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers and reporting tools
- Coordinate RSSD stakeholders, project teams, consultants, vendors and service providers
- Track priority tasks, blockers, dependencies and pending decisions
- Identify delays, resource gaps and delivery risks and recommend corrective action
- Support archive digitisation, validation, verification, metadata and research activities
- Advise senior management on implementation priorities, risks, resources and governance
- Prepare progress reports, donor inputs, briefing notes, presentations and recommendations
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in a relevant field, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of relevant experience
- At least ten years of progressively responsible experience managing complex archive, research, information management, digitisation, knowledge management or records management programmes
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, external service providers, vendors and consultants
- Experience managing programme integration, dependencies, risks, delivery tracking, budgets, contracts, reporting and stakeholder engagement
- Experience supporting donor-funded projects and complex multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong programme and project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

- Total remuneration: USD 120,000 per year
