Research Support and Coordination Expert

Coordinates research production, knowledge management and dissemination support for UNICEF Innocenti's Planet, Participation and Well-being research team.

Department: Planet, Participation and Well-being research team

• Organize report review processes and coordinate publication production
• Format and lightly edit working papers with editors and designers
• Maintain SharePoint folders, archives and research catalogues
• Track project timelines, stakeholder lists, advisory groups and reminders
• Conduct literature searches and prepare evidence summaries
• Draft communications materials and dissemination plans with internal teams

• At least seven years of professional experience in a research or evidence context
• Experience preparing and editing research publications
• Experience managing or coordinating complex projects, ideally in research
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Volunteer assignment via UNV
• Monthly living allowance is approximately EUR 4655.23, paid in USD
• Entry lump sum is USD 350 and exit allowance is USD 120 per month served
• Annual leave accrues at 2.5 days per calendar month
• National UN Volunteer is responsible for arranging housing and other living essentials
