Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned staff apply psychosocial contents, scales and protocols consistently and in context
- Safeguard data quality and protection, ensuring its use for institutional decision-making and learning
- Establish and coordinate protocols for high-risk cases and serious institutional barriers
- Lead knowledge management, including a toolkit, good-practice compendium and final systematisation
- Conduct territorial follow-up visits to monitor psychosocial and mental health progress of participants
- Monitor performance and provide feedback, requesting adjustments to the psychosocial pathway when needed
- Coordinate with specialists from other project components to ensure technical coherence across interventions
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative territorial reports with analysis, alerts and recommendations
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology or Social Work
- At least one year of experience in at least two of: psychosocial intervention programmes, work with vulnerable populations including LGBTIQ+/OSIGD, behavioural-skills strengthening, or qualitative/quantitative reporting
- Spanish language proficiency
