Protection Caseworker - AVR Component 2

Provides protection casework for IOM Guyana assisted voluntary return programming, including vulnerability assessment, referrals, service monitoring, partner coordination, data documentation and field follow-up for returnees and other vulnerable migrants.

• Conduct protection case management and beneficiary assessments
• Coordinate referrals with local protection actors, NGOs and government counterparts
• Support monitoring of protection-related project indicators
• Document lessons learned and service follow-up
• Conduct field visits and duty travel as required
• Support vulnerable returnees and deported migrants under AVR programming

• Relevant degree with two years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant experience
• Experience in protection case management, including for vulnerable migrants, GBV survivors or trafficking survivors
• Experience with referrals and coordination with protection actors
• English required
